There can be a lot of pressure on people as we approach the New Year.
You start to reflect on achievements of the year gone by and make plans for the year ahead.
This is where it can get tricky.
But it doesn’t have to.
It’s just another day. You can choose to make it mean whatever you want.
And ask yourself, who says you should have achieved X? Who set that particular goal?
Whether New Year is a big deal or not, why not try a different approach this year.
1. Write down everything you did in 2012 that you enjoyed doing
2. Write down everything you did in 2012 that you didn’t enjoy
- Pick one thing from the list in number 1 that you will do more of.
- Pick one thing from the list in number 2 that you will do less of
That’s it. 2013 New Years resolutions have now been written
